How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?Updated 8 months ago

Once you place an order, we'll send you an order confirmation email. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, so please allow at least 24 hours for your order to ship.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, with your tracking details. You can also log into your Scotch Porter account, to review your order details.

If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order (excluding holidays and weekends), and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Experience Team at [email protected], and a team member will gladly assist.
