I Used The Wrong Payment Method For My Order. Can I Change It?Updated 8 months ago

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to accommodate any changes. This includes changing the payment method you selected at checkout.

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact our Customer Experience Team as quickly as possible at [email protected], to see if the order can be cancelled. Please note depending on how far along we are in the order processing, these requests cannot be guaranteed.

If we are able to cancel the order, you can then place a new order online with the desired payment method.
